They're now looking for an individual to come in and lead on customer success and relationship management – this role is vital, occupying a unique position within the business, with the strategic awareness required to enable the board to make the right decisions and the right times.

The Role at a Glance:
- Support the Board Team members on specific activity – including preparation prep, market analysis, project coordination with internal teams and more
- Attend and provide additional support within meetings, ensuring actions from those meets are clear and followed up correctly
- Ensure that board members are informed of activity in a timely manner
- Attend events and support activities when required
- Assign enquiries as they come in to relevant team members and departments
- Support with proposals and follow ups, adeptly interact with warm prospects who are in the sales cycle post initial meeting
- Learn! Proactively listen, watch and shadow other members of the team with one eye on your progression with the business – unlocking more responsibility and earning potential in supporting the SMB team
Qualifications:
- Degree educated
- Desire to build a career in customer success or relationship management
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
