Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support to Project Managers, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly and in adherence to established timelines and company procedures.
  • Assist in the creation and meticulous management of essential project documentation, including Project Management Plans, Risk Registers, and Project Schedules.
  • Oversee project financial records and generate insightful monthly financial reports.
  • Coordinate the complete bid process for commercial and government clients, contributing to bid writing and conducting thorough post‑bid analysis to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage and maintain the Bid Library, contributing to a global database of bid opportunities and reinforcing our competitive edge.
  • Uphold the highest standards of customer satisfaction throughout all project life cycles, fostering strong client relationships.

The package

A competitive basic salary of £28k, with OTE taking your package higher.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A degree in Technology, Engineering, or a related field, ideally complemented by Project Management qualifications.
  • The ability to obtain SC Security Clearance is essential.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are paramount.
  • Demonstrated strong organizational acumen coupled with excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Proficiency in standard office applications, including VISIO, Excel, and Project.
  • A proven ability to produce high‑quality work, meet demanding deadlines, and effectively balance multiple priorities.
  • A proactive, self‑motivated, and team‑oriented approach with a flexible and customer‑centric mindset.
