Our client is the leading specialist recruiter serving employers and candidates in the public and not-for-profit sectors. With a UK wide coverage they have built an enviable reputation for quality in their process and in the results they deliver. Our client now have an exciting opportunity for ambitious and passionate graduates to join their team of Recruitment Consultants!

Role:

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the company, their offering and the market they operate within
  • Identify and attract candidates using all appropriate methods to satisfy job requirements
  • Monitor responses and applications received and make sure that candidates' applications are processed efficiently
  • Shortlist and present suitably qualified applicants against defined job vacancies
  • Pre-screen candidates before their interviews for suitability
  • Manage the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with the client
  • Ensure all necessary administration, compliance and aftercare services are concluded in line with company policies

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills
