They are now looking for a driven and dynamic Recruiter to help drive internal talent acquisition!

Role:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates (4+ hours weekly sourcing, 5+ new candidates weekly to talent pool) to onboarding.
  • Create engaging job descriptions and advertisements, posting on relevant platforms.
  • Maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy.
  • Develop and execute employer branding strategies (2+ social media posts weekly).
  • Provide a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Support the Senior Recruitment Manager with ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level
  • 6 months of recruitment or resourcing experience
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Quick-thinking, positive and persuasive
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
  • Strong desire to build a career in sales
