Role:
- Ability to produce or translate technical content into customer/ benefits led output including white papers, brochures, application notes, user guides, technical service updates and input for press releases etc. (working with Communication Manager who has responsibility for external messaging)
- In liaison with the Technical Product Manager and Marketing Department ensure suitable and up to date marketing and sales collateral; user guides, FAQ\’s and sales benefits and fact sheets.
- To assist the Technical Product Manager in the product launch of new products and services incorporating marketing literature, sales presentations, FAQ\’s, User Guides, Internal process documents, terms and conditions and sales benefits and fact sheets.
- Assist in driving new products or services across the company (including engineering, marketing, logistics and support) through market requirements and positioning.
- Support sales with customer meetings, demos and events.
- Administration of internal and external customer portals.
- Requirements capture for internal and external software development projects.
- Project Management of in house projects
