We are seeking ambitious Junior Sales Consultants to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will embark on a structured career journey designed for growth and success within the sales domain:

  • Begin by focusing on candidate research and recruitment, building foundational skills.
  • Progress to specializing in a specific line of business after six months, mastering communication with clients and specialists.
  • Transition into client-facing sales within 12-18 months, managing a portfolio and initiating client engagement.
