We are seeking a high-energy, driven Business Development Manager to accelerate new logo growth across our SMB segment within our Communications portfolio (UC, connectivity, mobile, and related services). This is a pure new business hunter role where you will build your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and targeted campaigns.

New Business Acquisition
  • Identify and secure new logos in the SMB market using outbound prospecting, networking, and structured outreach.
  • Develop targeted account and territory plans to drive sustained growth.
Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including discovery, solution alignment, proposals, and contract negotiation.
  • Confidently position the portfolio: hosted telephony, connectivity, mobile, AV, and IT managed services.
  • Articulate commercial models and return-on-investment clearly to customers.
  • Use a consultative approach to understand business challenges and align proposals effectively.
Performance & Reporting
  • Achieve or exceed monthly new-business revenue targets.
  • Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene, ensuring accurate forecasting and activity records.

2+ years' proven success in B2B new business sales, ideally in telecoms, UC, or connectivity. Strong track record of hitting sales targets and closing new logo deals. Solid understanding of UC solutions, hosted telephony, and mobile tariffs (training provided). Persistent, proactive, and driven to win new business. Ability to uncover needs and frame compelling business cases. Clear, confident, and persuasive—both verbally and in writing.
