We are partnering with a rapidly expanding hotel group to find a commercially minded Group Marketing Manager. This is a brand-new role created to elevate the digital presence and brand identity of a growing portfolio of six hotels, ranging from Greater Manchester to Salisbury.
The Role
This is a hands-on, 360-degree marketing position. You will act as the bridge between global brand standards (Marriott, IHG, and Accor) and the local commercial needs of each hotel. Your mission is to move beyond passive brand representation and implement high-impact strategies that drive direct revenue and increase market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Stewardship: Ensure all marketing collateral and digital listings comply with IHG, Marriott, and Accor global standards.
- Digital Performance: Lead the SEO/SEM strategy and oversee content for hotel websites and booking portals to drive direct bookings.
- Campaign Management: Design and deliver targeted email and social media campaigns aimed at reducing dependency on high-commission OTAs.
- Local Market Support: Create bespoke marketing toolkits for local on-property teams to support sales 'blitzes' and events.
- Analysis: Monitor marketing spend and report on ROI and conversion rates across the estate.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 3-5 years of experience in a multi-site marketing role.
- A proven track record of driving digital conversion (hospitality experience is a plus, but not essential).
- Exceptional copywriting skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Tenacious, proactive, and comfortable building processes from scratch.
