As a Recruitment Consultant you will learn the business from the ground up as an integral member of their product delivery team.

- Recruiting a variety of potential candidates using various mediums, building a desk and network out for yourself
- Evaluating the relevance and potential of candidates through telephone screening and virtual interviews
- Preparing and coaching candidates through the process, including making regular contact with them to ensure their best chance of success
- Liaise closely with clients to understand their needs
- Undertake business development, building relationships with prospects to win deals and deliver revenue
- Ideally you will be educated to degree level (though this is not essential)
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Competitive and self-motivated
