As a Recruitment Consultant you'll learn the business from the ground up as an integral member of their product delivery team.

Role:
  • Recruiting a variety of potential candidates using various mediums, building a desk and network out for yourself
  • Evaluating the relevance and potential of candidates through telephone screening and virtual interviews
  • Preparing and coaching candidates through the process, including making regular contact with them to ensure their best chance of success
  • Liaise closely with clients to understand their needs
  • Undertake business development, building relationships with prospects to win deals and deliver revenue
About you:
  • Ideally you'll be educated to degree level (though this is not essential)
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Competitive and self-motivated
