You will be the founding leader of this division, moving beyond mere maintenance into true value creation. You won’t just be managing; you will be building a legacy with the goal of scaling this unit from £0 to a £30m+ business.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the roadmap for the division, including organic expansion and potential future acquisitions.
