Base pay range: Salary: £30k basic salary with £40k OTE. 2.1 degree required for the role.

About the role

Our client is looking for ambitious graduates to enhance their presence, generate revenue by capitalising on warm leads, and open the door to new ones, thereby increasing their book of business with a customer-led approach.

The company has over 40 years of experience in distributing healthcare products, with a strong focus on customer service and growth. This is an opportunity for someone with a degree, excellent communication skills, and enthusiasm.

Role responsibilities

  • Obtain a thorough knowledge of the company and its offering to educate prospective customers
  • Proactively reach out to prospects by phone, email and social channels to schedule meetings, webinars and demonstrations
  • Develop relationships through extensive research, identifying key influencers within accounts and building rapport
  • Support customer success to ensure clients are happy with the services secured
  • Shadow senior team members to understand the full 360 process with a view to progression

Requirements

  • Educated to degree level (2.1 degree required)
  • 6 months of customer service experience
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
