Providing industry-leading development partner and project consultant services, their clients include the likes of Starbucks, Barratt Homes and the NHS to name a few!
Our client is now looking for enthusiastic, dynamic and motivated graduates to join their company as Graduate Consultants on their immersive and exciting Graduate Scheme! The Scheme will give you exposure across the company in a range of disciplines, working collaboratively to plan, design and deliver the developments the company work on nationwide!

Role:
The rotational graduate scheme provides you an accelerated progression path, giving you the tools and experience to become a future director! Over the course of the scheme you will rotate through each of the following groups, gaining a well-rounded view of the business:

- Civil Engineering
- Development Management
- Highways, Environment & Transition
- Structural Engineering
- Mechanical & Electrical Engineering
The Graduate Scheme is structured to suit you and allows you the freedom to explore the business and where your strengths lie. Upon completion of the scheme you will have a unique understanding of the industry and what makes the company different. This is a permanent position - at the end of the rotations you will choose which group you would like to continue your career in!
