They’re looking for a sizeable number of Junior Business Development Managers to come in and grow their book of business – successful candidates will be joining as part of new teams!
Base pay range
Job Title: Junior Business Development Manager (Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle required)
Salary: £28k basic, £47k + with OTE/Commission
Sector: FMCG / Tech
Junior Business Development Manager Package
- A competitive basic salary of £28k
- Additional OTE/commission taking your total earnings to £47k!

Junior Business Development Manager Role
- Acquire a comprehensive knowledge of the company, its marketplace, competitors and target client
- Undertake effective territory planning and preparation – determine when and which clients/prospects to visit to ensure opportunity is capitalised upon
- Regularly speak to prospects over the phone and travel to client sites in order to maintain relationships, overcome objections and educate them on the company\\\’s value proposition
- Implement marketing and category initiatives throughout your customer base
- Manage and monitor the performance of sales throughout your assigned territory
- Closely observe the company ethos when attending regional and national conferences, networking with existing clients in order to further business generation
Qualifications
- Ideally educated to degree level
- Full UK driving licence and vehicle access required
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
- Confident with good presentation skills
- Driving licence preferred
- A strong work ethic with a positive outlook
