Graduate Scheme - Business Development (Commercial) at Pareto. Salary: £28k basic salary with £35k OTE. Our client is looking for ambitious graduates to help enhance their presence, generate revenue by capitalising on warm leads and opening the door to new ones, thereby increasing their book of business with a customer-led approach. If you have a degree, excellent communication skills and plenty of enthusiasm, this is the opportunity for you!

The company: Founded over 40 years ago, our client are leaders in the distribution of healthcare products. They excel in customer service and have a strong product portfolio while experiencing an exciting period of growth.

Package:

  • Competitive basic salary of £28k
  • Y1 OTE of up to £35k

Role:

  • Obtain a thorough knowledge of the company and its offering to educate prospective customers
  • Proactively reach out to prospects over the phone, via email and through social channels to schedule meetings, webinars and demonstrations
  • Develop relationships through extensive research—identifying key influencers within accounts and building rapport
  • Support customer success to ensure client satisfaction with services
  • Shadow senior team members to learn the full 360 process with a view to progression

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
