We're looking for a driven and ambitious Account Executive to accelerate our expansion across the mid-market commercial sector. This isn't just about hitting a number; it’s about taking ownership of a fast-paced territory and delivering market-leading Telematics and SaaS Solutions to growing businesses that need them most.

If you are a SaaS "hunter" who thrives on managing the full sales cycle, winning new logos, and structured selling, we want to talk.

The Impact You’ll Make

  • Own the Full Cycle: Manage mid-market acquisitions (targeting fleets of up to 500 vehicles) from initial prospect to final signature.
  • Master the Methodology: Lead value-led discovery sessions using MEDDPICC to uncover pain points and build bulletproof ROI cases.
  • Drive Rapid Growth: Maintain a robust, high-velocity pipeline, balancing self-generated opportunities with SDR-supported meetings to consistently hit quarterly targets.
  • Be a Strategic Voice: Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Leadership to refine our mid-market positioning and ensure we remain front-of-mind for prospective clients.

What You Bring to the Table

  • SaaS Pedigree: Solid experience in B2B SaaS or software sales, with a consistent track record of winning new business and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Methodology Mastery: Experience with MEDDPICC (or similar structured frameworks like MEDDIC) to navigate multi-stakeholder deals effectively.
  • Commercial Sharpness: The ability to lead strategic conversations with key decision-makers, Operations Directors, and business owners to build compelling business cases.
  • Operational Discipline: Excellent pipeline management, forecasting, and organisational skills using Salesforce.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in telematics, logistics, field service management, or supply chain is a massive plus, but your fundamental sales craft and drive are what matter most.

Note: A valid UK driving licence is required for this role to meet with key stakeholders on-site.
