Customer Success Manager, Entry Level Package:
- A competitive basic salary of £36k

Customer Success Manager, Entry Level Role:
- Deliver on your assigned revenue and profit margin targets
- Devise account plans and strategy development for a defined group of existing customers
- Work collaboratively with the wider Account Business and New Business teams
- Manage relationships with customers, representing their interests and actively listening to determine how the company can help them and cross-sell their services
- Develop and nurture a high level of solution knowledge, and obtain a thorough understanding of the marketplace, the company’s competitors, and your customers
Customer Success Manager, Entry Level Requirements:
- Degree educated to a minimum 2.1 standard
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
