The Role

As a Customer Executive, you will support key customer accounts, build long-term relationships, and drive commercial growth across an allocated client base. You will manage sales targets for upsell, cross-sell, and contract renewals. Proactively engage customers (virtually and face-to-face) to uncover business needs. Collaborate with Customer Advocate teams to build tailored proposals, service reports, and infrastructure updates. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using internal CRM methodologies. Ensure full sales compliance and regulatory standards alongside Quality Assurance.
