Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Prospecting: Making cold calls, sending emails, and leveraging LinkedIn to connect with potential customers.
  • Lead Qualification: Identifying and qualifying leads based on pre-defined criteria.
  • Meeting Booking: Scheduling meetings between prospects and the sales team.
  • CRM Management: Maintaining accurate records of all interactions in the sales CRM system.
  • Market Research: Understanding the target market and refining outreach strategies.
  • Learning and Development: Continuously developing sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Collaboration: Working with senior sales representatives and marketing to improve outreach efforts.
  • Contribution to Revenue Growth: Contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company.

Requirements:

  • GCSEs (Grade 4/C or above) in English & Maths: A-Levels preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Resilience and a positive attitude.
  • Highly driven and target-oriented.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • A willingness to learn and develop sales skills.
  • Proficiency in using professional communication tools (email, phone, CRM).
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
