Our client is a premier digital transformation consultancy and the leading European reseller of Siemens PLM software. With a team of over 500 professionals, they provide a holistic approach to the manufacturing and engineering sectors, ranging from management consulting to unique low-code solutions. They are currently seeking several driven sales professionals to join their successful team and manage territories nationwide.

The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the presence of a "best in class" Siemens software portfolio (including NX, CAE, CAM, Teamcenter, Polarion, and Mendix). This position involves a blend of strategic account management and "hunting" for new business opportunities within the engineering and manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing, progressing, and closing new business across software, maintenance, training, and consultancy services.
  • Managing ongoing business relationships and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Formulating territory and account plans while accurately forecasting the sales pipeline.
  • Engaging with senior management and stakeholders at an executive level.
Candidate Requirements

Our client is looking for a proactive, confident individual with a proven track record in technical sales.

Experience: Proven ability in new business and selling technically complex solutions.
Industry Knowledge: Previous experience or knowledge of the design, engineering, or manufacturing industry is highly advantageous.
Competencies: Strong business and financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to devise effective sales strategies.
Attributes: Professional appearance and presentation with strong problem-solving skills.
Travel: Flexibility to travel and stay overnight as required; a full UK driving licence is essential.
