  • Strategic Growth: Responsible for expanding our presence within the engineering and manufacturing sectors, focusing on both existing account management and new business acquisition.
  • Solution Sales: Develop and close complex opportunities involving software, maintenance, consultancy, and implementation services.
  • Sales Excellence: Execute full-cycle sales activities, including territory planning, opportunity analysis, and accurate pipeline forecasting.
  • Demonstrable success in new business sales and the ability to manage complex, technical sales cycles.
  • Professionalism: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to navigate high-level business and financial discussions.
  • Proactive problem-solver comfortable with emerging technologies such as Industrial AI and Digital Twins.
  • Logistics: Must possess a full UK driving license and the flexibility to travel and stay overnight as required for client engagement.
  • Compensation: Competitive base salary plus an attractive OTE.
  • Location: Hybrid working model based out of Solihull.
