Player Manager – Maritime Tech Location: Surrey, UK (Hybrid – 2 days in the office) PR-1412781 This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected, engineering-led company that has been at the forefront of remote connectivity for over 50 years. They are the go-to provider for keeping people and businesses connected across the maritime, energy, and government sectors. Known for their engineering-led approach, they design, build, and integrate cutting-edge solutions across a global network, ensuring their customers can thrive in the digital era. From project-managed ship-build packages to full bridge refits, they set the gold standard in systems integration. We are looking for a hands-on Player Manager – someone who can both drive their own sales and guide a small, dedicated team to success. You\’ll be at the heart of their sales operation, with a primary focus on selling NAVCOM solutions into the commercial maritime sector. Keeping an ear to the ground and feeding market intelligence back to the leadership team. Extensive, demonstrable experience selling NAVCOM solutions directly to the commercial maritime industry. A willingness to travel extensively to meet clients. The ability to obtain UK SC security clearance. This is a superb opportunity for a driven, commercially-savvy sales leader with a deep passion for the maritime industry.
