We are a leading managed service provider delivering seamless telecoms and IT solutions to businesses of all sizes. We are looking for a motivated Desk-Based Account Manager to join our fast-paced, team-driven environment in Northampton.

As a Desk-Based Account Manager, you will manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers. This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys commercial conversations and relationship management without the pressure of a pure "hunter" sales role.

  • Customer Retention: Act as the primary commercial point of contact, ensuring contracts are renewed on time and building strong, long-term relationships. Identify and qualify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to deepen customer relationships and grow revenue. Support growth through networking events, exhibitions, and proactive outreach to generate new leads.
  • CRM Excellence: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, renewals, and pipeline forecasts.

Experience: At least 2 years of B2B account management experience.

Communication: You are a clear and influential communicator, especially over the phone.

Tech Savvy: You are highly proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and comfortable using CRM systems.
