In 2025 we initiated an investment program into the UK to support the work of Continia’s European teams in enabling UK Partners and Customers to grow. In 2026 we are continuing this investment with the addition of experienced and relationship-driven Partner Account Managers (PAM) to develop our partner ecosystem in this region. Your Role & Team
You will be an integral part of the UK Go-To-Market Commercial team, reporting to the UK Country Manager. The role will initially be home based and transition to hybrid once we secure offices in the UK. In this role as PAM, you will play a key role in supporting and developing our existing partnerships as well as onboarding new partners in the UK region.

You will be someone who first and foremost fits in with the culture of the team, and also:
- Have demonstrable experience of working with UK Microsoft Business Central Value Added Resellers (VARs) and referenceable current relationships with the ecosystem.
- Strong at building partner relationships and communicating engagingly both one-on-one and with groups at all levels.
- Structured and skilled in pipeline and activity management including most importantly meeting your revenue and solutions sold targets.
- Has a commercial mindset and is motivated by growth and shared success.
- Is able to travel freely within the UK and Europe as required.
- Demonstrates motivation, collaboration, teamwork and a strong desire to win.
- Sales professionalism: Experienced in modern sales approaches, using multi-channel communication and handling objections with confidence and professionalism.
- Problem-solving mindset: Solution-oriented with a strong partner focus, able to translate partner needs into clear, value-creating actions that drive engagement.
- Business acumen: Strong understanding of partner business models and the ability to build and sustain long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Time and pipeline management: Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage activities, opportunities, and pipeline in CRM systems.
- Clear communication: Skilled in developing presentations and communicating the value of complex solutions in a clear, compelling, and motivating way.
