The Role: As a Senior Account Manager for the UKI region, you’ll be the go-to for all things client-related. You’ll build strong relationships, understand client needs, and showcase how our solutions can bring real value.
What You’ll Do:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through research and outreach. Develop a pipeline in targeted industries and collaborate with marketing for lead generation. Use CRM tools to track activities and manage sequences.
- Solution Demonstrations and Sales Presentations: Conduct needs analysis to position relevant solutions and lead tailored product demonstrations. Manage negotiations and close deals using the MEDDICC framework.
- Closing Deals and Contract Management: Manage the closing of deals and oversee contract processes.
- Customer Relationship Management and Retention: Serve as the primary contact for accounts, ensuring satisfaction and value.
- Portfolio Growth and Account Expansion: Understand the client’s business to identify additional service opportunities. Foster trust to drive renewals and implement growth strategies.
- Collaboration and Reporting: Align with marketing, product, and support teams to enhance customer experience.

- Experience: Proven track record in full-cycle sales, including prospecting, demoing, closing, and account management, specifically in the manufacturing sector. Experience on the shop or production floor, bringing valuable insights into the manufacturing process.
