Are you ready to join a fast paced and growing European business? DANX Carousel, a leader in the logistics and supply chain industry, is seeking a HR Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a HR Development Specialist, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape the growing learning landscape in an ambitious organisation. We are a small team with a large palette and an even larger impact. This position is a hybrid position with EU travel, requiring frequent traveling (1-2 times per month), therefore it is important for the successful candidate to live close to an international airport.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning, coordinating and executing general management, leadership, talent and personal development workshops and courses at a group level (face to face or virtual).
- In close cooperation with the Group HR Development Manager, redevelop and expand the Functional Academies framework.
- Go-management of the annual cycles for PMP (Performance Management Process) and Gallup Engagement Survey (Q12).
- Go-facilitation and further development of the e-tools and solutions on group level, including the e-Academy, the Gallup Q12 engagement Survey, and the Performance Management system.
- External supplier selection and relationship management related to HR Development.
- Partnering and networking with the Leadership and Country HRBPs in matters of people development.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in designing and delivering/facilitating effective learning programs.
- Strong understanding of e-solutions, blended learning, and technology applications in business learning.
- Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Human Development Studies, Psychology, or psychometrics experience is a plus.
- Performance Management knowledge (PMP) is a plus.
- Nordic or German language skills are also a plus.
