Alongside core HR responsibilities, you'll work with systems, data and emerging technologies, contribute to projects and have the opportunity to turn ideas into real improvements across the business.
You’ll thrive here if you enjoy a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving problems and like finding better ways of doing things. No two days are the same, and you’ll have the opportunity to work across a wide range of HR activities while building valuable experience in systems, data, process improvement and project work.
- Be part of a HR team that embraces innovation and continuous improvement.
- Gain exposure to HR systems, data analytics and digital transformation projects.
- Contribute ideas that can genuinely influence how work is done.
- Develop valuable skills in emerging technologies, process improvement and project delivery.
- Build a long-term HR career in a growing and forward-thinking business.
What are we looking for?
We're looking for a proactive administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited by the opportunities that digital tools, automation and emerging technologies can bring to the workplace. You'll be highly organised, detail-oriented and confident working with systems, data and multiple priorities, while maintaining a professional and confidential approach.
What you'll bring
- Strong administration and IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Office.
- Strong digital confidence and willingness to learn new systems, tools and technology.
- A passion for technology, AI and process improvement, with a curiosity for finding smarter, more efficient ways of working.
- Excellent communication, organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage a varied workload.
- Experience working in a fast-paced office environment; HR administration, HR systems or reporting experience would be advantageous.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is eager to learn, contribute ideas, embrace innovation and play an active role in shaping the future of how HR services are delivered.
