We're working with a client who is seeking an accomplished Head of Sales to spearhead their sales strategy and drive sustainable growth. The Role

As the Head of Sales, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the company's sales strategy. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Identify new growth opportunities through market analysis and strategic partnerships.
  • Set and manage annual sales targets, conduct forecasting, and manage pipeline reviews.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve their full potential.
  • Oversee the internal customer service function, ensuring exceptional client experiences.
  • Drive effective sales methodologies and ensure the disciplined use of CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product launches and promotional campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the construction or building materials industry.
  • Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with advanced analytical capabilities.
  • Demonstrated success in people management, leadership, and team development.
  • Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite.
  • A customer-centric, solutions-focused, and action-oriented approach.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
