Business Development Executive Apprentice

This role drives revenue growth through lead generation, prospecting (outbound calls, social media, events), and exceeding monthly KPIs (calls, talk time, meetingsgenerated). You will qualify opportunities, manage all activity in Salesforce CRM, andensure data quality with Marketing.

Training & Progression

• Apprenticeship: Enrolled in the Level 3 IT Technical Sales Apprenticeship.




• External Training: Premium professional sales training with Pareto that is industry recognised.




• Internal Growth: Extensive Sales Academy training and cross-functional work to prepare for promotion to a BDR.

Who We're Looking For

• Must Haves: College/Sixth Form completion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary & Commission: Competitive basic plus uncapped commission. Guaranteed commission for the first three months.
