The workspace assistant role is a great starting position within the facilities sector which will provide an opportunity to learn from an experienced team whilst completing certifications and internal training. We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic individual to join our team during an exciting time for our client. The successful candidate will be involved in the day-to-day operations as well as getting involved in various projects on site.
Main Function:
To support the Workspace Manager and Coordinator with maintaining effective facilities management and exceptional service delivery within a world-class workspace.
The workspace assistant will be expected to lead individual assignments as directed by the team.
Role Responsibilities:
- Responding to workspace inbox requests inc. parking, meeting rooms, facilities issues and general enquiries.
- Supporting with events including room set-ups and equipment checks.
- Floor walks, checks of general areas – reporting of cleaning or maintenance issues to the relevant teams.
- Stocking of supplies, checks of desks & meeting room equipment.
- Control of locker provision including resets & allocations.
- Assisting with contractor visits/reactive maintenance jobs & service visits.
- Ad hoc jobs as directed by the workspace Manager & Coordinator.
- Involvement in small project works.

- Strong Communicator.

- PC literate and competent in all relevant MS applications.
- Cultural sensitivity and awareness.
Relevant Experience – Not essential:
- Administrative duties.
