Job brief
As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Pareto you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting high‑calibre candidates for key positions within the organisation. You will leverage your expertise in Talent Management to identify and engage passive candidates, and you will also oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate engagement to onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to write job ads for current openings.
- Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn).
- Source candidates through online channels (e.g. professional networks and portfolio sites).
- Interview candidates during various hiring stages, which may include phone, first‑round and second‑round interviews.
- Utilise advanced sourcing techniques, including direct sourcing, networking, and social media, to identify and engage passive candidates for critical roles.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Utilise various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to source high-quality candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates against job requirements and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, facilitate interview processes, and provide guidance to hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques.
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Contribute to the development and promotion of the employer brand to attract top talent and enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Track recruitment metrics, analyse data, and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on headhunting and sourcing passive candidates.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and recruiting top talent for key positions.
- Strong understanding of sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
