Pareto FM are looking for an experienced Commercial Air Conditioning Engineer to join our growing Specialist Services team. This is a mobile engineering role covering a variety of commercial, office, luxury residential, and retail properties across London and the South East.
You will be responsible for delivering servicing, reactive maintenance, fault finding, and small project works across a busy and varied portfolio. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys autonomy, variety, and working within a supportive specialist team environment.
The Role
You will carry out a mix of planned preventative maintenance, reactive call-outs, quoted works, and small installations across a range of commercial air conditioning systems. This is a hands-on role with a strong pipeline of work, requiring someone who can work independently, communicate professionally with clients, and maintain high engineering standards at all times.
What You Will Be Doing
- Delivering PPM servicing across commercial AC systems
- Attending reactive call-outs and carrying out fault finding
- Completing quoted works and small installation projects
