The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 € per hour.

Flexible Area Supervisor, supporting Regional and Account Managers in the delivery of allocated PFM or PSS.

  • Assisting the Regional and Account Managers with providing holiday and sickness cover for smooth running of allocated contracts.
  • Site spot checks to monitor if staff on site have all necessary equipment, uniform and consumables to carry out their duties.
  • Report any delivery issues or shortcomings of service delivery on site to Regional and Account Manager.
  • Assist as required Regional and Account Manager to carry out monthly audits on each site and provide copies of the audit to the client and provide feedback to the operatives on site.
  • Assist staff on site if they have any issues understanding any of the content in the site Bible folder.
  • Advise the Regional and Account Manager if the site Bible needs to be updated, including RAMS, SSOW, COSHH sheets, etc.
  • Assist the Regional and Account Manager to monitor Health and Safety on site including delivery of toolbox talks, online training, New employee inductions.
  • Report any accidents, incidents or near misses as per the Pareto procedures.
  • Advising Regional Account Manager of any portable appliance testing as required.
  • Monitor Smart task usage and ensure team are booking in and out as per instructions, support team in usage as and when required.
  • Any reasonable management request.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Previous supervisory experience of multi-site working.
  • Time management and computer literacy essential.
  • Driving licence essential.
  • Usage of cleaning machines beneficial, such as buffers, scrubber dryers, I-mops.

Vocational and Technical Skills

  • Essential IOSH as a minimum.
  • Aware of knowledge of Health.
