Pareto FM is recruiting a part-time Facilities Administrator – Soft Services to support Gymshark’s retail operations remotely. The role focuses on coordinating cleaning staff, rotas, staffing and admin across multiple sites with flexible hours (20 hours per week, typically 10:00am–2:00pm).
You'll work closely with managers, cleaners and suppliers, maintaining records, handling HR administration, and delivering efficient administrative support to ensure high service standards across locations.
