Pareto FM are looking for a confident, energetic, and customer‑focused Workplace Host to deliver an exceptional front‑of‑house and workplace experience within a high‑profile corporate environment. The Role
- Deliver a five-star front‑of‑house experience, welcoming guests and supporting employees
- Act as a key point of contact for all workplace queries, ensuring a professional and helpful response
- Support the coordination of workplace services and daily operations
- Assist the Workplace Management Team in delivering a high‑quality, consistent service
- Build strong relationships with clients, visitors, and service partners
- Proactively identify and resolve issues before they escalate
- Support booking systems, reservations, and workplace coordination activities
- Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable environment at all times
- Handle administrative tasks and support reporting where required
- Work collaboratively with service partners and internal teams
