Mobile PPM Engineer

Mobile PPM Engineer – Bristol Employment: Permanent, Full-Time Company: Pareto FM Pareto FM is looking for a skilled and reliable Mobile PPM Engineer to support a portfolio of client sites across Birmingham and the surrounding areas. This is a field-based role, so travel between sites is an essential part of the position. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality planned preventative maintenance across a range of building services, helping to ensure our client sites remain safe, compliant and operating efficiently. As part of our Northern Business Unit, you'll join a well-supported engineering team with experienced leadership, clear processes and the tools and resources you need to do your job effectively. The Role Your primary focus will be delivering Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) across mechanical and/or electrical building services, while also supporting reactive maintenance and fault finding when required. This role would suit an engineer who enjoys working independently, managing their own workload and taking pride in delivering a consistently high standard of service across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities Deliver PPM in line with maintenance schedules, statutory requirements and SLAs. Carry out reactive maintenance, fault finding and minor repairs when required. Work across mechanical and/or electrical building services and associated plant. Accurately update CAFM systems and complete electronic maintenance records in real time.
