We’re looking for a confident, organised and people-focused Meeting & Events Host to deliver a seamless workplace experience for both internal and external visitors. This is a highly visible, front-facing role where you’ll take ownership of meeting rooms, event delivery, and guest experience — ensuring every interaction reflects a premium standard of service.

The Role
As Meeting & Events Host, you’ll be at the heart of workplace activity — managing meeting spaces, supporting events, and stepping in to assist Front of House when needed.
What you’ll be doing
- Meeting Room Management
- Coordinate daily meeting room bookings and schedules
- Set up rooms to a high standard, including layout, AV and catering
- Manage booking systems and resolve conflicts proactively
- Carry out regular checks to ensure rooms are clean, functional and fully equipped
- Event Support
- Assist with planning and delivering internal and external events
- Set up event spaces including furniture, signage and equipment
- Liaise with suppliers and catering teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Provide on-the-day support to ensure events run seamlessly
- Front of House & Guest Experience
- Deliver a warm, professional welcome to all guests and visitors
- Act as a key point of contact for meeting and event-related queries
- Support Front of House with enquiries and cover when required
- Maintain a polished, professional and welcoming environment
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and regular visitors
- Workplace & Facilities Support
- Report and follow up on maintenance issues
- Support workplace initiatives and team projects
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and company policies
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in hospitality, events, front of house or workplace environments
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using booking systems, Microsoft Office and AV equipment
- A positive, flexible and team-focused attitude
