- Support incoming and outgoing TUPE transfers, including Employee Liability Information, associated documentation and maintaining trackers.
- Support redundancy, restructuring and other organisational change processes.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and leaver processes, including contracts, pre-employment and right-to-work checks.
- Prepare employee documentation and process contractual changes, including salary, hours, job title and location.
- Support monthly payroll by checking and submitting approved employee changes and responding to routine queries.
- Monitor sickness absence, probationary periods, fixed-term contracts and other key employee dates.

- Maintain accurate HR systems, employee records and personnel files in line with GDPR requirements.
- Produce regular HR reports and management information and support HR compliance audits.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, policy reviews and wider HR projects.
- Build effective working relationships with managers, payroll and operational teams to support the effective delivery of HR services.

- Able to provide first-line HR guidance while recognising when a matter needs to be escalated.
- Strong organisation and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
