To deliver cleaning and housekeeping services to the highest standards within a fast-paced office environment. This role is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming facilities while supporting workplace hospitality requirements, including the preparation and set-up of breakfast and lunch service areas. Key Responsibilities
- Carry out cleaning duties in accordance with agreed specifications, schedules, and health & safety procedures.
- Undertake housekeeping responsibilities to support the smooth day-to-day operation of the workplace.
- Prepare kitchen, dining, and hospitality areas for breakfast and lunch service.
- Ensure food preparation areas, crockery, equipment, and communal spaces are clean, organized, and ready for use.
- Monitor and replenish food items, beverages, consumables, and cleaning supplies to maintain service standards.
- Carry out internal and external cleaning duties, including window cleaning where required.
- Update the Supervisor or Line Manager on any site issues, concerns, or changes.
- Review allocated tasks and work schedules through the Jobber system.
- Deliver a consistently high standard of work while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Ensure all cleaning products, equipment, and materials are stored and maintained correctly.
- Use initiative to resolve issues where appropriate and elevate unresolved matters when required.
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times, including the correct use of PPE.
- Respond positively to reasonable requests from the client, management team, or company.
- Support the continuous improvement of cleaning and housekeeping standards across the site.
