London / South East (Mobile Role)
Pareto FM are looking for an experienced Commercial Air Conditioning Engineer to join our growing Specialist Services team. This is a mobile engineering role covering a variety of commercial, office, luxury residential, and retail properties across London and the South East. You will be responsible for delivering servicing, reactive maintenance, fault finding, and small project works across a busy and varied portfolio. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys autonomy, variety, and working within a supportive specialist team environment.
The Role
- Delivering PPM servicing across commercial AC systems
- Attending reactive call-outs and carrying out fault finding
- Completing quoted works and small installation projects
- Working on split systems, VRV/VRF systems, and AHUs
- Reporting completed works and highlighting follow-on requirements
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and client interaction
- Working safely and in line with company procedures and compliance standards
Team & Support Structure
You will be part of the Specialist Services team, reporting into the Specialist Services Manager with day-to-day support from the AC Supervisor and office team. Engineers typically work independently on day-to-day jobs but regularly support each other on larger installs, project works, and complex faults. Communication across the team is strong, with regular contact and job management through Simpro CAFM. Knowledge sharing and collaboration are actively encouraged across the engineering team.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience working on commercial AC systems
- NVQ Level 2 minimum in Air Conditioning / Refrigeration (Level 3 preferred)
- F-Gas qualification (essential)
- Strong fault-finding ability
- Good knowledge of Mitsubishi and Daikin equipment
- Full UK driving licence
- Professional and client-focused approach
- Comfortable working independently across multiple sites
