  • Ensure all electrical systems operate safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and testing.
  • Complete work orders and update CAFM systems as required.
  • Support electrical upgrades, installations, and improvement projects.
  • Work alongside contractors and specialist suppliers where required.
  • Provide technical support and guidance on electrical matters.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety procedures and electrical regulations.
  • Support the wider engineering team in delivering excellent service to the client.
What We're Looking ForEssential
  • UK-recognised electrical qualifications, such as City & Guilds 2365 Diploma in Electrical Installations (or equivalent) and 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
  • Experience in electrical maintenance, repair, and fault finding within Facilities Management or a similar environment.

  • Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

You’ll report directly to the Engineering Supervisor and work closely alongside the site’s Fabric Technician as part of a collaborative engineering team. Engineers are supported through regular communication, operational guidance, and access to the wider Pareto FM technical and contract management teams, ensuring ongoing support and development.

You’ll be a proactive and professional engineer who takes ownership of your work and maintains high standards at all times. You will be comfortable working within a client-facing environment, capable of building positive relationships with colleagues, contractors, and stakeholders while delivering a first-class service.
