The Role
- Deliver a five‑star front‑of‑house experience, welcoming guests and supporting employees
- Act as a key point of contact for all workplace queries, ensuring a professional and helpful response
- Support the coordination of workplace services and daily operations
- Assist the Workplace Management Team in delivering a high‑quality, consistent service
- Build strong relationships with clients, visitors, and service partners

- Support booking systems, reservations, and workplace coordination activities

- Handle administrative tasks and support reporting where required
