Role Purpose
We are looking for a reliable and flexible Weekend Cleaner to provide sickness and holiday cover, ensuring that cleaning services are maintained to the highest standards at all times.
The successful candidate will carry out cleaning duties in accordance with contract specifications and work schedules while demonstrating a strong commitment to health and safety, quality, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out all cleaning tasks in accordance with the contract specification and supervisor's instructions within agreed timescales.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Be reliable, punctual, and attend work as scheduled.
- Work effectively as part of a team while also using initiative when working independently.
- Continuously strive to improve the quality of cleaning standards.
- Respond professionally to reasonable requests from management or the client.
- Ensure cleaning equipment, materials, and chemicals are used safely, maintained correctly, and stored securely.
- Report any maintenance issues, cleaning concerns, or hazards to the Site Supervisor.
- Wear the appropriate uniform and PPE at all times and maintain a professional appearance.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, particularly those relating to Health & Safety.

- Previous cleaning experience in a commercial or similar environment.
- Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures.

The role requires regular communication with the Site Manager, colleagues, client representatives, contractors, and visitors.
