Pareto FM is seeking an experienced and proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to lead cleaning and housekeeping operations within a premium, high-tech office environment. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee a modern workplace featuring state-of-the-art office facilities alongside luxury amenities including a fully equipped gym and sauna. You'll play a key role in ensuring exceptional cleanliness, presentation, and service standards are maintained throughout the building.

The Role

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of housekeeping services across the site, ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standards. You'll lead and support the housekeeping team, manage cleaning schedules and quality standards, and work closely with facilities and workplace teams to create a first-class environment for building occupants and visitors.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supervising and coordinating daily housekeeping operations across office spaces, communal areas, gym, and wellness facilities
  • Ensuring all areas are maintained to exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards
  • Leading, training, and motivating housekeeping staff to deliver consistent service excellence
  • Conducting regular inspections and quality audits across the site
  • Managing staff rotas, task allocation, and daily work schedules
  • Monitoring stock levels and arranging replenishment of cleaning supplies and consumables
  • Ensuring the safe use and storage of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and materials
  • Responding promptly to service requests, incidents, and operational issues
  • Maintaining high hygiene and sanitation standards within gym and wellness facilities
  • Working closely with Facilities Management and Front of House teams to support a seamless workplace experience
  • Promoting health & safety compliance and safe working practices across the team
  • Driving continuous improvement in housekeeping standards and service delivery

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Previous experience in a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar leadership role
  • Strong hospitality background within hotels, serviced apartments, luxury facilities, or premium environments
  • Excellent understanding of high cleaning and presentation standards
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety, COSHH, and cleaning best practices
  • Hands‑on and proactive approach to service delivery

Desirable

  • Experience within corporate offices or premium commercial properties
  • Experience maintaining gym, spa, wellness, or leisure facilities
