You’ll be responsible for delivering servicing, reactive maintenance, fault finding, and small project works across a busy and varied portfolio. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys autonomy, variety, and working within a supportive specialist team environment.

Role

Team & Support Structure

You’ll be part of the Specialist Services team, reporting into the Specialist Services Manager with day‑to‑day support from the AC Supervisor and office team. Engineers typically work independently on day‑to‑day jobs but regularly support each other on larger installs, project works, and complex faults. Communication across the team is strong, with regular contact and job management through Simpro CAFM. Knowledge sharing and collaboration are actively encouraged across the engineering team.
