The Opportunity
We’re looking for a reliable, flexible and customer-focused Cleaning Operative to join our team, providing holiday and sickness cover across our site. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining high cleaning standards and enjoys working as part of a supportive team.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring our facilities remain clean, safe and welcoming, helping to deliver an exceptional environment for our client, colleagues and visitors.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Flexible Cleaning Operative, you’ll be responsible for delivering a high‑quality cleaning service while supporting the wider team wherever required.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Carrying out cleaning duties in line with the agreed cleaning specification and schedules.
- Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout all designated areas.
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and within agreed timescales.
- Using cleaning products, materials and equipment correctly, ensuring they are well maintained and stored appropriately.
- Reporting any cleaning issues, maintenance concerns or hazards to the Site Manager.
- Responding positively to reasonable requests from both the client and management team.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure service delivery is maintained at all times.
- Wearing the appropriate uniform and PPE while maintaining a professional appearance.
- Taking ownership of your work and using initiative to resolve day‑to‑day issues where appropriate.
