Pareto FM is seeking a highly skilled and qualified Building Services Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a hands‑on, varied role where you’ll play a key part in maintaining and improving mechanical and electrical systems across multiple sites. You’ll work closely with clients, the facilities operational team, and subcontractors, delivering a safe, efficient, and compliant service at all times. We’re looking for someone vibrant, proactive, customer‑focused, and ready to take ownership of problems from start to finish. Key Responsibilities
- Carry out weekly/monthly planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks to ensure all building systems operate optimally.
- Own maintenance service requests from submission to completion, providing updates to clients and the FM team.
- Perform regular inspections, including statutory, mandatory, maintaining M.
