As a Static Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a modern client site. You will ensure mechanical and electrical building services are maintained safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with statutory and operational standards. You will support the Contract Manager in maintaining high levels of service delivery, responding to faults and emergencies, and ensuring all plant and equipment remains fully operational. This is a brand-new role on a flagship GPE site in Piccadilly, working within a well-supported team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems.
- Diagnose and repair faults across building services, including HVAC, lighting, small power, pumps, generators, and associated plant.
- Respond to BMS alarms and use systems for first-line diagnostics.
- Complete all CAFM tasks via SimPRO, ensuring accurate updates and photographic evidence where required.
