Pareto FM are looking for an experienced Commercial Air Conditioning Engineer to join our growing Specialist Services team. This is a mobile engineering role covering a variety of commercial, office, luxury residential, and retail properties across London and the South East.
You’ll be responsible for delivering servicing, reactive maintenance, fault finding, and small project works across a busy and varied portfolio. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys autonomy, variety, and working within a supportive specialist team environment.
The RoleYou’ll carry out a mix of planned preventative maintenance, reactive call-outs, quoted works, and small installations across a range of commercial air conditioning systems. This is a hands-on role with a strong pipeline of work, requiring someone who can work independently, communicate professionally with clients, and maintain high engineering standards at all times.
What You’ll Be Doing- Delivering PPM servicing across commercial AC systems
- Attending reactive call-outs and carrying out fault finding
- Completing quoted works and small installation projects
- Working on split systems, VRV/VRF systems, and AHUs
