One year Fixed Term Contract

Working as part of an autonomous cross functional team you’ll have strategic ownership of the full cycle of product management, from opportunity assessment, ideation, through delivery and ongoing product management. You will be responsible for the customer and business outcomes in your domain and focus on building a product that meets users and market needs by ensuring that we progress in an outcome-oriented, data-informed and lean manner to create a product offering that customers love.

Your immediate focus will be on our flagship payment product: ParentPay, and our ambitious initiatives for 2026. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing how schools and parents transact for school fees, meals, uniforms, clubs and trips. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop payment solutions that simplify transactions for parents and schools, enhancing convenience and efficiency while supporting financial insights and reporting.

This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of payment systems and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences for families and schools alike. You will build a deep understanding of the customers you are serving whilst acting as the centre-point between product delivery teams and broader functional groups including Sales.
